Join a global private equity practice in Frankfurt working on full-cycle PE transactions. You will be embedded in deal teams advising on acquisitions, disposals, buy-and-build and portfolio-company matters from initial structuring through to closing.

The role offers early responsibility on high‑value, cross‑border matters and close collaboration with investment banks, sponsors and other advisers. Qualified lawyer in Germany (Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent qualification
Experience or strong interest in private equity and M&A/transactional work
Excellent English language skills; German business proficiency
Commercial mindset, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and teamwork orientation
Available for flexible working arrangements, including part‑time where applicable
