Top-tier international law firm is hiring an Associate to join its Corporate/M&A team in Frankfurt. The role focuses on national and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and related corporate and capital markets issues, with significant exposure to transactions in energy & infrastructure and life sciences & health care.

You will work on complex transactional mandates as part of integrated, industry-focused teams and benefit from structured training, international secondment and development programmes, flexible working and broad wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.

Qualified to practise in Germany (two fully satisfactorily state examinations)
1–2 years’ PQE in corporate/M&A or related transactional work
Very good German and English language skills
Strong team orientation, commercial awareness and enthusiasm for transactional work
Independent, structured working style with excellent communication skills; LL.M. or doctorate is a plus
