Associate — Corporate (M&A & Governance) — Berlin

International law firm seeks a lawyer to join its Berlin corporate team, supporting cross-border and domestic corporate work including M&A, corporate governance and transactional matters. The role is open to recent graduates and candidates with early-career experience who want exposure to varied national and international mandates.

The team offers a collaborative culture, structured development and targeted training to build a corporate practice within a busy, international platform. You will work closely with senior colleagues on client-facing matters and transactional workflows.

• Completed German state examinations with strong results
• Open to Berufseinsteiger or candidates with early/some experience in corporate law
• Very good English skills, ideally with international exposure
• Strong analytical ability, excellent communication and a team-oriented, proactive approach
