Associate — Corporate (Family Business & Corporate Litigation) — Berlin

Experienced corporate lawyer to join a well-regarded German practice in Berlin, advising family-owned and closely held companies on corporate governance, shareholder matters and related contentious issues. The role combines transactional work with corporate litigation and internal investigations.

The team advises domestic and cross-border clients on corporate restructurings, shareholder disputes, governance frameworks and compliance matters. You will work on client-facing mandates, draft corporate documents and represent clients in litigation and dispute-resolution processes.

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) with solid corporate law experience
• Practical experience advising family-owned businesses and shareholder groups
• Experience with corporate litigation, shareholder disputes or internal investigations
• Strong drafting skills for governance documents and commercial contracts
• Fluent in German; English proficiency for cross-border matters
