Associate, Corporate / M&A — Leipzig

Leading German law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate / M&A associate to join its Leipzig office. You will work on national and cross-border acquisitions and sales, advise management and shareholders on corporate law matters, and contribute to strategic and transactional mandates.

You will join a specialized team, take responsibility on high-quality mandates, coordinate parts of transactions independently and maintain direct client contact. The role offers structured professional development and opportunities to deepen transactional and corporate law expertise.

• German state examinations with strong results and motivation to apply and develop legal skills in practice
• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally with a focus on M&A
• Fluent English for advising on international mandates
• Strong teamwork, client-facing skills, strategic thinking and high initiative
