Associate, Corporate / M&A — Leipzig

Leading German commercial law firm is seeking a Corporate/M&A associate to join its Leipzig office. The role involves advising corporations, mid‑market companies and investors on national and cross‑border M&A, complex corporate law issues and strategic transactions.

You will work in a specialised corporate team, take responsibility for parts of transactions, maintain direct client contact and contribute to high‑quality mandate delivery alongside experienced colleagues.

• Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years' post‑qualification experience in corporate law, preferably with an M&A focus
• Above‑average law exam results and strong commercial legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluent English for use on international mandates
• Team player with strategic thinking, client‑facing experience and high initiative
