Associate, Corporate (M&A) — Milan

Short-term opening for a corporate/M&A associate to join a Milan office of a leading international firm. The role focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, with exposure to structured industrial deals and public-company work.

The team works on complex, transnational transactions and offers structured on-the-job training, language courses and opportunities for secondments to other offices. The environment is collaborative and supports professional development through formal training and mentoring.

• Approximately 2 years PQE in M&A, gained in an international or top-tier domestic law firm
• Experience on industrial M&A and/or private equity transactions; exposure to listed-company work is a plus
• Excellent academic record and strong English (written and spoken)
• Team-oriented, adaptable, good problem-solving skills and comfortable with common office IT tools
