Associate — Corporate M&A, Milan

Leading Milan practice is seeking an experienced corporate associate to join its M&A and private equity team. The role focuses on managing extraordinary transactions, advising on corporate governance, and supporting cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements, work closely with partners on deal execution, and contribute to a collaborative team that offers ongoing training and professional development.

• 5-7 years post-qualification experience in M&A / private equity and corporate finance
• Proven experience in corporate governance and transactional documentation, including negotiation
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Preferably background in top-tier law firms, strong academic record and/or periods of study/work abroad
