We are seeking a corporate associate to join a busy Milan M&A team advising on domestic and cross-border transactions, including private equity and industrial deals. The role offers early exposure to structured, cross‑border matters and close collaboration with senior deal teams.

The team works with international clients and colleagues across offices; you will be encouraged to develop technically and commercially through formal training, language courses and secondment opportunities. Approximately 2 years PQE in M&A at an international or top‑tier Italian firm
Experience on industrial and/or private equity transactions; exposure to listed-company work advantageous
Excellent academic record and strong technical drafting skills
Fluent English (written and spoken) and comfortable working in international teams
Proficient with standard office IT tools; adaptable, team‑focused and solution‑oriented
