Corporate & M&A Associate — Milan

International corporate team seeks a junior Corporate & M&A Associate to join its Milan office. The role offers hands-on involvement in a full range of commercial, corporate and M&A matters for corporate, family office and private clients, including share and asset purchases, shareholders' agreements and related transactional documentation.

The successful candidate will support drafting and negotiation, participate in due diligence and help lead delivery of transactional workstreams. The position involves regular collaboration with colleagues in other jurisdictions on cross-border mandates.

• Newly qualified / 1 PQE (avvocato)
• Previous training/experience in a corporate department
• English proficiency C1; excellent written drafting in English and Italian
• Strong academic record (minimum 102/110)
• Experience abroad (academic or professional) an asset; excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong IT skills (e.g. Word, Excel)
