Corporate Associate (M&A and Private Equity)

Our client, a premier global law firm, is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its corporate practice in Milan, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in M&A, with a strong emphasis on cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and related corporate governance matters. This role involves advising clients on complex M&A transactions, providing comprehensive legal counsel, and collaborating with a global team to deliver seamless service across jurisdictions.

Requirements include strong knowledge of Italian corporate law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in Italian and English. Admission to the Italian Bar is required.
