We are seeking a highly qualified associate to join a market-leading global M&A and private equity practice in Milan. The role involves advising clients on complex, cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and related corporate governance matters, while collaborating with an international team to deliver seamless service across jurisdictions.

The practice handles a full spectrum of engagements, from routine M&A to the most complex and transformational transactions, leveraging deep industry expertise and a global reach to meet clients’ strategic objectives. The successful candidate will receive pragmatic, commercial exposure and benefit from professional development programs within a dynamic, intellectually curious environment.

Minimum of 1 to 5 years’ PQE in mergers and acquisitions
Strong focus on cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance
Solid knowledge of Italian corporate law
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Fluency in Italian and English
Admission to the Italian Bar
