Associate — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity) — New York

Top-tier global corporate team is hiring a mid-level associate to work on M&A and private equity transactions from the New York office. The practice handles a full range of buy‑ and sell‑side work, private equity investments and complex cross-border deals, supported by complementary capabilities in finance, tax, capital markets and regulatory matters.

The role offers exposure to large, sophisticated transactions and opportunities to work on integrated deal teams across practices and jurisdictions. The team seeks candidates who can manage deal execution, contribute to commercial advice, and partner with senior lawyers on high‑value matters.

• Targeting 3rd–6th year associates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in mergers & acquisitions and/or private equity transactions
• Demonstrable transactional experience on M&A and/or PE deals (drafting, due diligence, closing mechanics)
• Strong drafting, analytical and project‑management skills; ability to work collaboratively on large deal teams
