M&A and Private Equity Associate

We are seeking a highly qualified associate to join our Milan office, with 1 to 5 years of PQE in mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and related corporate governance matters. Acting as counsel for clients in complex M&A transactions, you will provide comprehensive legal advice and collaborate with a global team to deliver seamless service across jurisdictions.

• Strong knowledge of Italian corporate law
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Admission to the Italian Bar is required
