The position offers exposure to high‑profile deals, coordination of legal due diligence, and collaboration with colleagues across practices and jurisdictions. There are opportunities to supervise junior lawyers and to participate in cross‑office, multidisciplinary matters.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 3 years' post‑qualification experience in Corporate/M&A.
Experience at a leading international or top-tier law firm on domestic and cross‑border transactions.
Strong transactional skills: M&A, due diligence, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
Fluent English and Italian (C1) and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and supervise junior lawyers.
