As an associate, you will advise a broad range of stakeholders on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and related advisory matters. You will conduct and coordinate legal due diligence, and collaborate closely with colleagues across other practice areas and international offices on multidisciplinary cross-border matters. There will also be opportunities to support and supervise junior team members.

Law degree with an excellent academic record
Approximately 3 years' PQE in Corporate and M&A, gained at a leading international law firm
Strong experience advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, disposals, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Excellent English and Italian language skills (C1)
Collaborative, quality-driven and forward-thinking approach
