Associate – Real Estate, Milan

Join a global firm’s corporate team advising leading companies on complex cross-border transactions with a primary focus on real estate. Work will include high-value disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and related commercial agreements, collaborating closely with specialists across finance, tax, regulatory and litigation.

The role is transactionally focused: you will take responsibility for deal workstreams, liaise with clients and internal teams, and develop strong technical and project-management skills. This position offers clear progression within a large international platform and exposure to cross-border mandates.

• Up to 3 years PQE (associate level)
• Transactional real estate experience, ideally from a top-tier international or well-structured Italian firm
• Strong drafting, analytical and commercial awareness; able to manage multiple deal workstreams
• Fluent in Italian and English
