Associate — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity) — Los Angeles

Senior associate opportunity in a top-tier global corporate practice focused on mergers & acquisitions and private equity. The role sits on a deal-oriented team that advises financial sponsors and strategic buyers across domestic and cross-border transactions.

You'll work on complex buy- and sell-side transactions, carve-outs, and related corporate matters, coordinating with specialists in finance, tax, regulatory and executive compensation as needed. The team routinely handles high-value, market-leading matters for sophisticated clients.

• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification transactional experience in M&A and/or private equity
• Strong drafting and deal execution skills on buy- and sell-side transactions
• J.D. (or equivalent) and admitted or eligible to be admitted in California
• Ability to work independently on high-pressure, complex matters and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams
