Associate — Corporate (M&A / Private Equity), New York

Top-tier New York corporate team is seeking associates to join its M&A and private equity practice. The role will involve advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related transactional matters.

Successful candidates will take significant responsibility for drafting transaction documents, managing deal processes and maintaining direct client contact. The position suits entrepreneurial associates who want autonomy, exposure to high-value transactions and opportunities to develop client relationships.

• Graduation from law school in years 2018–2021 (or equivalent transactional experience).
• Demonstrated experience handling M&A and private equity transactions and strong drafting skills for transaction documents.
• Ability to manage deals end-to-end, coordinate teams and work directly with clients.
• Commercial judgment, strong attention to detail and a business-development orientation.
