Associate — Corporate / M&A, São Paulo

Leading global law firm seeks corporate associates for its São Paulo office to work on a broad range of transactions, including inbound and outbound M&A, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital matters. The role offers hands-on deal work in a smaller local office while collaborating with international teams.

Ideal candidates will be adaptable, technically strong, and able to manage diverse corporate and occasional finance matters. The team values collaborative, cross-border work and provides exposure to market-leading transactions across sectors.

• 1–3 years' PQE in corporate/M&A practice
• Experience at a major London or international law firm preferred
• Excellent academic record and strong technical drafting and transactional skills
• Portuguese language ability preferred but not essential
