Apply in confidence →Seeking a full-time staff attorney for a busy corporate transactional group in São Paulo. The role supports deal work across domestic and cross-border matters, handling research, due diligence, drafting and project coordination under senior supervision.
Candidates must hold a Brazilian law degree, be trilingual (Portuguese, English and Spanish), and be able to attend the office four days per week. Compensation will be paid in BRL.
The position involves client-facing work with supervision, coaching junior colleagues, contributing to internal know-how, and supporting business development activities.
- Brazilian law degree required; no LL.M. candidates
- Graduation years ideally between 2022–2026
- Trilingual: Portuguese, English and Spanish (fluent)
- Experience or strong interest in corporate transactional work, including due diligence and drafting
- Ability to work in-office four days per week in São Paulo
