Associate — Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency

Growing UK restructuring and insolvency team is seeking a 2-5 PQE associate to join its corporate restructuring and insolvency practice. The role sits across the firm's UK offices and will suit a candidate comfortable working in a busy, collaborative team with both contentious and predominantly non-contentious matters.

Day-to-day work will include advising on restructurings of solvent and insolvent companies, pre‑insolvency planning, formal insolvency processes, debt restructurings and distressed M&A, together with related director liability and security review matters. The role offers early responsibility on matters and opportunities to develop client relationships.

• 2-5 years' post‑qualification experience in insolvency/restructuring (predominantly non‑contentious focus preferred)
• Training background at a regional commercial practice or City firm
• Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and communication skills, and ability to manage matters with limited supervision
• Team player with client‑service focus and willingness to engage in business development and knowledge management
