Experienced associate opportunity in a global debt capital markets team based in Frankfurt. You will advise on the structuring, documentation and execution of bond and note issuances and related instruments, including green/social bonds, commercial paper, covered bonds, Schuldscheindarlehen and digital securities.

The role involves drafting and negotiating prospectuses, term sheets and issuance documents, leading client calls and negotiations, and working closely with cross‑practice and international colleagues to deliver complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions.

Law degree with above‑average exam results; LL.M. or doctorate desirable
Prior capital markets / debt instruments experience, preferably in an international law firm
Very good English skills; German language proficiency expected for client work in Germany
