Associate, Digital Assets (Finance & Banking)

Join a growing digital assets practice within a market-leading structured finance & derivatives group. The role is open to candidates in multiple UK offices and offers exposure to transactional, regulatory and structuring work on cryptoassets and tokenisation.

You will work on cross-practice, cross-border matters alongside structured finance, derivatives and financial regulation specialists, taking responsibility for drafting, negotiating and managing transactions for an international client base. The role includes supervisory responsibilities and an expectation to contribute to business development to help grow the practice.

• 1–2 PQE in a leading City or national firm
• Solid structured finance or derivatives background (transactional or regulatory)
• Genuine interest in cryptoassets, tokenisation and distributed ledger technology
• Strong drafting, technical and analytical skills; attention to detail
• Client-focused team player with willingness to engage in business development
