Interim Leveraged Finance Lawyer — London

Flexible, interim role for a leveraged finance lawyer to support a major financial institution on a temporary assignment. The role sits within a market-facing flexible-resourcing team and offers exposure to bank-facing leveraged lending matters.

You will be supported throughout the placement by a sponsoring partner and the firm’s know‑how, with access to internal resources, training and networking events for interim consultants. This is a hands-on role requiring rapid turnaround on documentation and strong commercial judgement.

• Qualified solicitor with leveraged finance / general banking experience.
• Experience gained in private practice or in-house on leveraged lending matters.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines, prioritise workloads and operate autonomously.
• Collaborative team-player with strong drafting and organisation skills.
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
