Interim Structured Finance Lawyer — London

Short-term (4-month) full-time role supporting a major firm's structured finance practice in London. The role requires three days per week in the office and will involve a broad transactional banking remit, including acquisition finance and corporate lending.

You will be embedded with a client team while retaining access to firm resources, know‑how and training. The role offers close support from a sponsoring partner and exposure to high-quality, market-facing work.

• Qualified solicitor with structured finance experience (private practice or in-house)
• Junior to mid-level associate with transactional banking experience (acquisition finance, corporate lending)
• Strong drafting and problem‑solving skills; able to work quickly to tight deadlines
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation; able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
