Interim Transactional Banking Lawyer – London

Short-term, full-time (6 months) transactional role based in the London office, supporting a major client on equity-derivatives and banking matters. The position requires five days per week on site and offers access to the hiring firm's internal know-how and support while on assignment.

The role focuses on negotiating and documenting equity derivatives and related secured financing arrangements. You will join a small project team and be expected to deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice under tight deadlines.

• Qualified solicitor with demonstrable equity derivatives experience from private practice
• Experience negotiating derivative transaction documentation, including share buyback and margin loan agreements
• Strong commercial judgement, excellent organisation and ability to prioritise
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
