Banking & Finance Associate — London

Established international law firm is seeking a senior-level Banking & Finance associate to join its London team. The role will involve advising on a range of lending matters for corporate and financial institution clients, including syndicated and bilateral facilities and related security arrangements.

The team acts on cross-border financings and complex transactions; the successful candidate will work closely with partners and other senior lawyers on deal execution and client relationship work. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to high-value matters and international counterparts.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or comparable jurisdiction
• Several years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance, with exposure to syndicated lending and bilateral facilities
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on facility documentation and security packages
• Client-facing, commercially minded, and able to work on cross-border transactions
