Top-tier international law firm seeks a corporate associate to join its Emerging Companies & Growth practice in New York. The team advises startups, growth-stage companies and their investors across formation, equity and growth financings, strategic financings, and exit planning.

The group combines deep industry experience across technology, life sciences and other innovation sectors with capital markets and M&A capabilities to support clients from early-stage formation through liquidity events. This role offers exposure to venture and growth financings, investor-side representation, and cross-border matters within a collaborative, multidisciplinary platform.

The firm is looking for a motivated, commercially minded lawyer who can partner with deal teams, manage transactions, and develop client relationships in a fast-paced practice.

3–7 years' corporate experience, with significant exposure to emerging growth companies, venture financings, and/or capital markets
Strong transactional skills: equity financings, investor-side work, stockholder agreements, and related corporate documentation
Excellent drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills; ability to work collaboratively across practice groups
Admission to practice in New York or eligible to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
