Associate — Emerging Companies & Growth, Palo Alto

Leading US corporate practice is seeking a 3–5 year associate to join its Emerging Companies & Growth team in Palo Alto. The role focuses on advising early‑stage and growth‑stage companies on general corporate matters and supporting capital markets work, including IPO-related matters.

Associates will work on transactional and corporate counseling matters, participate in deal execution, and have opportunities to contribute to business development and practice growth in the Bay Area. The team is a strategic growth priority and offers exposure to a broad finance and corporate platform.

• 3–5 years' US law firm experience (corporate transactional focus)
• Experience advising early‑stage and growth‑stage companies on general corporate matters
• Experience or exposure to capital markets/IPO work preferred
• Strong academics, entrepreneurial mindset, and client management skills
• Relevant experience from an AmLaw 50 or similar firm preferred
