Leading US law firm is seeking experienced associates to join its Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions group in multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on structuring, drafting and negotiating IP- and technology-intensive corporate transactions for large-company clients.

Work will include IP and technology aspects of mergers & acquisitions (including divestitures), licenses, collaborations, outsourcing and other commercial agreements. Candidates with technical backgrounds and experience on AI, compute/digital infrastructure transactions and related commercial partnerships are encouraged to apply.

This hiring round is for experienced lawyers (not law students).

At least 4 years' law firm experience in corporate practice with a significant IP/technology transactions focus
Substantial experience on IP/technology elements of M&A transactions (divestitures preferred) and commercial agreements
Experience advising large-company clients rather than early-stage entities
Technical background or demonstrable AI/compute/infrastructure transaction experience is a plus
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; active bar admission required
