IP Litigation Associate — New York

Leading international litigation team seeking a patent litigation associate to join its New York office. The role focuses on patent litigation across industries; candidates with technical backgrounds or substantial experience on pharmaceutical/biologic matters are especially encouraged to apply.

The team handles complex, high-stakes disputes and works collaboratively across practice groups. The successful candidate will join a busy docket and contribute to all phases of litigation under senior partner supervision.

• 3–6 years’ PQE handling patent litigation
• Technical degree strongly preferred (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmaceutics) or substantial patent-related experience
• Admission to a State Bar (New York preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong academic credentials
• Comfortable working in teams on complex matters
