We are seeking a junior to mid-level Intellectual Property attorney with a strong background in life sciences patent disputes to join a nationally recognized IP Litigation team in New York. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies in patent disputes in district court and before the PTAB.

The role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes litigation, including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and Biologics (BPCIA) matters, and to contribute to strategy development, litigation management, and client counseling.

Junior to mid-level experience in IP litigation, with a focus on life sciences patent disputes
Substantial experience with Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and/or Biologics (BPCIA) litigation

Strong litigation management, strategy development, and client counseling skills
Highly motivated and detail-oriented
