Healthcare Litigation Associate (Mid-Level) – New York

A global Am Law 50 firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its business trial practice in New York, focusing on healthcare litigation.

The firm's multidisciplinary healthcare industry team is one of the fastest-growing in the country, serving hospitals, health systems, health plans, digital health and AI providers, and their investors. The litigation team represents healthcare and life sciences clients in complex commercial disputes, government investigations, enforcement actions, and rulemaking challenges.

The role involves managing all aspects of dispute strategy, from out-of-court resolution through trial, and offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge matters in a dynamic and expanding practice.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Complex civil litigation experience, including commercial litigation and arbitration; experience with the False Claims Act and similar anti-fraud statutes is a plus
• Strong academic background from a top-tier law school
• Comparable law firm experience
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• Active membership in the New York State Bar
