The role focuses on Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and biologics (BPCIA) disputes and offers exposure to high‑stakes, precedent‑setting matters.
Successful candidates will contribute to case strategy, manage discovery and motion practice, handle hearings and depositions, and support proceedings before district courts and the PTAB. The team provides mentorship, significant courtroom and trial preparation experience, and opportunities to work on complex technical issues with cross‑disciplinary teams.
- Juris Doctor and active admission to the New York bar (or pending admission)
- Demonstrable litigation experience in life‑sciences patent disputes, including Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and/or BPCIA matters
- Experience handling district court patent litigation and proceedings before the PTAB
- Strong briefing, oral advocacy, and technical-literacy skills; collaborative team player
