Seeking a 2–5 PQE Technology Transactions associate to join a global firm's New York technology team. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating a broad range of technology-related commercial agreements, including software and technology licenses, development and professional services agreements, supply and distribution arrangements, and media/e-commerce transactions.

Ideal candidates will have strong intellectual property familiarity, prior big‑law or relevant in‑house experience, and exposure to IP due diligence for M&A and financings. Admission to the New York bar is required.

The team works on cross-border, client-facing matters for technology, media and commercial clients and values collaboration, inclusivity and professional development.

2–5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in technology transactions or related corporate/IP practice
Admitted to the New York Bar
Proven drafting and negotiation experience with software, licensing, development, services, and supply/distribution agreements
Strong foundation in intellectual property issues; M&A and IP due diligence experience a plus
