Highly regarded corporate team is hiring an experienced associate to join its Palo Alto office focused on technology M&A. The role will work on U.S. and cross-border buy- and sell-side transactions for technology company clients, collaborating with firm-wide deal teams.

The team combines dedicated technology expertise with a partner-led model on complex transactions and leverages a global network of advisors where needed. This is a firm-side opportunity for candidates with meaningful M&A deal experience who want repeated exposure to high‑value technology matters.

Minimum 2 years of law firm M&A experience (lateral associates encouraged)
Track record on technology or technology-related company transactions preferred
Experience on U.S. and cross-border M&A transactions and working in partner-led deal teams
Strong drafting, deal execution and client-facing skills
