Join a busy Employment & Pensions team in Glasgow on a hybrid basis. The team advises a broad client base across private, public and not‑for‑profit sectors on all aspects of employment law, with a strong reputation for pragmatic, commercially focused advice.

This role is primarily contentious and litigation‑focused: you will manage a varied caseload acting for employers, conduct Employment Tribunal advocacy where required, and contribute to business development and team mentoring. The team offers structured development opportunities and international secondment/office‑exchange programmes.

Qualified solicitor with strong technical expertise in employment law
Proven experience in Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy
Ability to manage contentious and non‑contentious employment matters and prioritise a busy caseload
Experience supervising junior fee‑earners and commitment to mentoring
Track record in building and maintaining client relationships and supporting business development
Excellent drafting, communication and commercial awareness
