Apply in confidence →Top-tier U.S. firm is seeking an associate to join its Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice in the United States, with opportunities in New York, Washington, D.C., or Houston. The role focuses on a broad range of debt finance work supporting renewable energy, infrastructure, and energy-transition projects.
Work will include project finance transactions (construction and term financing), tax equity and related tax-credit structures, and other structured financing arrangements. Candidates will work on matters for lenders, sponsors and developers and should be comfortable handling complex documentation and transaction management in a collaborative, fast-paced team.
- 3+ years' relevant transactional finance experience, with demonstrable project finance or energy/infrastructure finance work
- Experience on project financings (construction and term), tax equity, or structured finance; syndicated/leveraged finance experience will also be considered
- Strong drafting, analytical and client-management skills; able to manage deal workflow and supervise junior associates
- Top academic credentials and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
