Apply in confidence →Seeking an associate to join a national energy & infrastructure finance practice. The role focuses on a broad range of debt-finance work with emphasis on project finance and energy-transition matters, including renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
Work will include structuring, negotiating and documenting complex financing arrangements for lenders, sponsors and developers — including construction and term financings, tax equity and other structured financings. The team handles syndicated and leveraged financings alongside project-specific deals.
The position is open across multiple U.S. offices. Candidates should be able to manage transaction workflows, supervise junior lawyers, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years' transactional experience, preferably in project finance or energy-related financings
- Experience representing lenders, sponsors and/or developers on project, construction, term, tax equity and structured finance transactions
- Strong analytical, drafting and client-relations skills; experience supervising junior associates
- Top academic credentials and ability to manage real property, UCC and security-interest issues
- Admitted or eligible for admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
