Apply in confidence →Top-tier US law firm has a multi-office opening for an associate to join its Energy & Infrastructure Finance team. The role is open in New York, Washington, D.C., or Houston and focuses on project and infrastructure financings supporting the energy transition.
The position centers on debt finance transactions including project finance, construction and term financings, tax equity and other structured arrangements. You will work on matters for lenders, sponsors and developers, handling deal structuring, negotiation and documentation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience with project finance, energy infrastructure, or closely related structured finance transactions
- Experience on construction and term financings, tax equity, syndicated or leveraged financings preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills; experience managing transaction workflows
- Familiarity with real property, UCC and security-interest issues; ability to supervise junior associates
- Admission or eligibility for admission in the jurisdiction of the chosen office
