The team advises on large-scale domestic and cross‑border matters across renewables, energy transition technologies, storage and transmission, and broader infrastructure projects.
The role will involve leading aspects of U.S. renewables transactions, drafting and negotiating project documents, and working on both domestic and international matters with senior deal teams. Candidates must hold a U.S. J.D. and be admitted to the New York or D.C. bar.
- 6–12 years post-qualification experience (mid to senior associate level)
- U.S. J.D. and active admission to the New York State Bar or D.C. Bar
- Demonstrable experience in U.S. renewables (solar, wind, storage, alternative fuels) and related project documentation
- Track record as lead associate on renewables or energy project transactions; strong drafting and deal-management skills
