The role will involve typical associate responsibilities at a large full‑service firm, including legal research, drafting, and client-focused support across transactional and regulatory matters. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
Outstanding academic record and strong writing and research skills
Demonstrated interest in litigation, transactional, or regulatory work and commitment to client service
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage competing deadlines
