Associate, Environment & Planning — Sydney

Join a busy Environment & Planning team in Sydney advising major corporates, developers, infrastructure clients and government on planning and environmental law. The role combines litigation, transactional advice and regulatory work, including planning approvals and appeals, major project approvals, contaminated land and waste management, planning agreements, land acquisition, climate change and environmental compliance.

The team is collaborative and provides clear career development and flexible working conversations. This role is suited to an energetic, driven lawyer who enjoys hands-on case management and client-facing work.

• Minimum 2 years PQE in an environment & planning practice
• Experience conducting Land and Environment Court proceedings
• Strong drafting, verbal communication and time-management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; strong academic record
