Senior Associate, Planning & Environment — Sydney

Join a growing Planning & Environment team in Sydney advising both public sector and private developer clients. The team handles a mix of litigation, advisory and contractual matters with a supportive, collaborative culture.

The role involves Land and Environment Court litigation, complex statutory interpretation and compliance matters, and drafting planning and works‑in‑kind agreements for government and industry clients. You will be working on high‑quality, technically challenging projects across the planning and environmental law spectrum.

• Solicitor with a minimum of ~2 years post‑admission experience in planning, environment or related public law.
• Strong legal research, statutory interpretation and written drafting skills applicable to litigation and contractual work.
• Experience or interest in Land and Environment Court litigation and advising government or developer clients preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑trust team and manage multiple matters to deadline.
