Associate - Commercial Litigation, Sydney

Join a major global disputes team in Sydney as a litigation Associate. The role involves advising on large-scale, complex commercial disputes across sectors including banking, resources and construction, with exposure to cross-border matters, class actions and financial regulatory investigations.

You will work within a busy disputes group on multi-party litigation, Corporations Act matters and regulatory enforcement files, gaining experience on high-profile, long-running mandates.

• Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial litigation
• Experience or interest in class actions, regulatory investigations and Corporations Act disputes
• Strong academic record and excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
