Associate, Liability

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate to join our growing Liability practice in Sydney. You'll work closely with one of Australia's leading personal injury lawyers and a team of experienced insurance specialists, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of complex liability and personal injury matters.

The Opportunity

• High-value personal injury claims
• Product and public liability disputes
• Defective premises and property damage matters
• Complex litigated and pre-litigation files

This role offers direct client exposure, close partner mentorship, and the opportunity to work alongside highly regarded practitioners on sophisticated and often market-leading matters.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 2 to 4 years' PQE in insurance litigation, personal injury or liability matters
• Strong litigation and dispute resolution skills
• Solid understanding of personal injury and liability principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients, experts and colleagues
• A proactive, collaborative approach and desire to continue developing your career in insurance law
