Senior associate role in a global disputes team focused on complex construction and commercial litigation across Australia and international matters. The team handles all phases of dispute resolution, from strategy and pre‑litigation advice through trial and appeal, and regularly engages external counsel and experts on major projects.

You will support claims and case strategy, draft court materials and evidence, manage discovery and document review, coordinate expert and counsel engagements, and assist with regulatory and public/international law issues related to construction matters.

The role requires strong client focus, the ability to work under pressure on multi‑party disputes, and the capacity to guide more junior team members where required. Reports to senior litigation leadership.

  • Australian qualification
  • 4–7 years' post‑qualification litigation experience, with strong exposure to construction disputes
  • Experience or familiarity with regulatory investigations (ACCC, ASIC, AER) and private/public international law is highly regarded
  • Strong drafting, advocacy support and case management skills; comfortable coordinating experts and external counsel
  • Team player with excellent communication, resilience and client service focus
