• Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years PQE in construction disputes or related litigation
• Proven carriage of matters and confidence engaging directly with clients
• Experience in arbitration and court litigation, with strong advocacy and drafting skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines in a fast-paced team
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and a commercial mindset
