Opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a growing Workplace Health & Safety team in Sydney. This is a dedicated safety and coronial law role, distinct from employment teams, focusing on regulatory incident work and prosecutions.

Work will include responding to incidents, advising on improvement/prohibition/infringement notices, preparing for and appearing in WHS prosecutions and coronial inquests, and advising on safety governance and officer duties.

The team is collaborative, fast-paced and client-focused, offering exposure to domestic and multi-jurisdictional regulatory matters while supporting professional development.

Australian-qualified lawyer with 2–5 years post-qualification experience (private practice experience preferred)
Demonstrated experience in workplace health & safety law, including regulatory response and prosecutions
Experience preparing for and appearing in court and coronial inquests
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage competing priorities to tight deadlines
Collegiate, commercially aware and proactive about business development
