A leading international law firm is seeking a solicitor to join its award-winning class actions team in Sydney. This newly created role reflects the significant growth and momentum of the practice, which is recognised at the top tier for class actions and dispute resolution.

You will work alongside multi-award-winning partners and a broader network of leading lawyers on class action matters and complex, strategically critical regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings for major national and international clients. The role involves file responsibility, issue identification and proactive solutions, and opportunities to develop business with existing and new clients. You will also collaborate with colleagues in interstate and international offices.

Australian or New Zealand practising certificate
2–4 years of post-admission experience
Solid experience across commercial litigation, ideally including class actions, gained at a leading top-tier, national or international firm, or in-house
Strong academic record and sharp legal skills
Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with energy and initiative
Ability to work to tight timeframes collaboratively and autonomously
Excellent communication skills and collegiality
Genuine curiosity and a hunger to learn and develop
Innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies
