A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Lawyer or Associate to join its thriving statutory insurance workers' compensation practice in its Sydney office. The team, comprising approximately 70 people across two offices, acts on the defendant side for employers and insurers in personal injury and workers' compensation claims.

You will work on personal injury claims, specifically workers' compensation matters for employers and insurers, and contribute to a client-focused, detail-oriented practice known for clear and concise legal writing and innovative thinking.

A minimum of one year post-admission experience (ideally).
Experience in the personal injury space, specifically workers' compensation for employers and insurers.
Defendant-side experience is ideal.
Clear, concise legal writing skills and strong attention to detail.
A strong commitment to client service.
Initiative and the ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
