Join a highly regarded employment and industrial relations team of an independent Australian law firm. The team advises and represents employers across a broad range of employment and IR matters, acting for both private sector and government clients. You will work closely with a partner and colleagues nationally in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This role offers hands-on advocacy experience in state and federal tribunals and courts, including matters involving unfair dismissal, general protections, contractual disputes, and discrimination complaints. You will also have the opportunity to engage directly with clients through secondments and work alongside other practice groups in an integrated way.

2+ years' experience as an employment lawyer, in private practice or in-house
Advocacy experience or a willingness to develop advocacy skills
Exposure to or interest in appearing before the IRC, FWC, Supreme and Federal Courts
Strong communication and client relationship skills
