Associate — Environmental Litigation (Washington, D.C.)

Experienced litigation associate sought for a busy environmental and mass-tort practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on federal environmental litigation and enforcement matters, including civil cases and class-action related work.

Ideal candidates will have government-side enforcement experience or prior work on federal environmental enforcement matters, and be comfortable analyzing complex regulatory schemes and administrative law issues. The position offers direct client contact and requires an ability to manage matters with minimal supervision.

• J.D.; members of law school classes 2019–2023 preferred
• Experience in environmental litigation at the federal level (civil litigation preferred)
• Government-side enforcement experience related to environmental or similar regulatory matters is strongly preferred
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills; ability to work independently and manage projects
