Mid-Level Intellectual Property Associate — Pharmaceutical Patent Litigation

Attorney opening for a mid-level associate to join a U.S.-based intellectual property litigation team focused on pharmaceutical and life‑sciences patent disputes. The role involves leading and supporting complex Hatch‑Waxman and related patent litigations in federal court and before the PTAB.

Successful candidates will work closely with technical experts and multidisciplinary teams on high‑stakes matters for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device clients. The position is open to candidates based in several U.S. offices, including Washington, D.C., Boston, Houston and Northern California.

• Minimum 3 years of patent litigation experience, ideally including Hatch‑Waxman and life‑sciences matters
• Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry or related scientific discipline preferred
• Experience with federal court litigation and PTAB proceedings; taking/defending depositions and working with expert witnesses
• Strong analytical, writing and advocacy skills
• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. bar; USPTO registration or eligibility preferred
